Donaueschinger Musiktage

Donaueschinger Musiktage

Donaueschingen, GERMANY

October 21, 2023

Yarn/Wire makes our German debut at the historic festival Donaueschinger Musiktage presenting the first of two programs that showcase our distinct approach to collaboration. In this performance, we premiere works by (and with) three of our favorite NYC-based composer/performers of the improvised music scene. The music was created through intensive rehearsal time between Yarn/Wire and each composer/performer that results in a unique, collective musical vocabulary for each work.
